Dow has an exciting and challenging opportunity for a Data Analyst , based in São Paulo (BRA) You will support the data team and users so that businesses and functions can make better decisions through data. This includes ensuring on-going reports, dashboards and other datasets are running smoothly and users are trained on how to utilize them. It also may include ensuring high quality data is maintained and available. Responsibilities: • Supports improvements in areas that have been identified to increase efficiency and automation of data analysis processes. • Maintains system data. Organizes data in a readable format. Assesses quality of data using established procedures and practices. • Collects feedback about business and organizational challenges and business models. With the information they gather, they make suggestions for helpful technological changes. • Supports data readiness activities specific to project needs. • Supports users. Qualifications: • Bachelor´s Degree • Advanced English Level • Experience in data analytics • Microsoft Proficiency • SAP Key User • Power BI Your Skills: • Data Presentations : Ability to create and present data visualizations clearly and effectively. • Key Performance Indicators (KPI) : Monitoring and analyzing KPIs to assess organizational performance. • Making Recommendations : Providing recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making. • Microsoft Excel : Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and analysis. • Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI) : Using Power BI to create interactive reports and dashboards. • Analytical Thinking : Applying analytical thinking to solve complex problems. • Database Queries : Ability to write and execute database queries. • Dashboard Reporting : Creating dashboards for real-time data visualization. • Decision Making : Making informed decisions based on data and analysis.
