Electrolux Global IT Solutions team is strengthening its focus and capabilities in the area of Cloud Service. For this purpose we are looking for our new senior Cloud Platform Engineer. You will be part of the Cloud Enablement team that has the mission of enabling & empowering any adoption of cloud solution by establishing cloud platform governance, promote transformation & innovation, establishing communities of practise and deliver best in class user experience. Cloud Enablement team is part Cloud Office’s organization that is driving the Electrolux cloud strategy, govern and develop the approved cloud platforms as well as implement application specific solutions. In this role you will play a crucial role for cloud services managed by Cloud Office as well as develop the cloud journey we are embarking on. What you'll do: We are looking for a highly skilled Cloud DevOps Engineer with deep expertise in Microsoft Azure, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, GitHub), and Kubernetes. In this role, you will design, implement, and manage scalable, secure, and resilient infrastructure in the cloud to support high-availability applications and services. In detail, you will: • Design and implement cloud-native infrastructure solutions using Azure services and Terraform. • Build and manage scalable Kubernetes clusters (AKS) with a focus on performance, security, and monitoring. • Develop CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and integrate testing, security scanning, and automated deployment processes. • Implement infrastructure automation, monitoring, and logging solutions using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Prometheus, Grafana, etc. • Collaborate closely with software engineering teams to ensure seamless DevOps practices and release management. • Apply best practices in system reliability, disaster recovery, and high availability. • Define and enforce Infrastructure as Code (IaC) standards across environments. • Perform periodic security audits, patching, and compliance checks for all cloud resources. Who you are: Must-Have Skills: • 4+ years of experience in DevOps or Cloud Engineering roles. • Strong hands-on expertise with Microsoft Azure and core services (e.g., Azure Compute, VNet, App Gateway, Azure Key Vault, Azure DevOps, Azure Monitor). • Advanced proficiency in Terraform for infrastructure provisioning and GitHub for version control and CI/CD workflows. • Deep knowledge of Kubernetes (preferably AKS) including deployment strategies, Helm charts, RBAC, and service mesh. • Solid understanding of networking, security, and cloud architecture best practices. • Scripting skills in Bash, Python, or PowerShell. Preferred Qualifications: • Azure certifications (e.g., AZ-104, AZ-400, AZ-305). Terraform Associate. CKA (Certified Kubernetes Administrator) • Experience with container security, image scanning, and policy enforcement tools (e.g., OPA/Gatekeeper, Aqua, Prisma). • Familiarity with GitOps practices and tools like Flux or ArgoCD.
