All about the role: The Electrolux Group’s strategic ERP solution based on SAP is in use in all Electrolux Regions (EMEA, North America, Latin America and Asia Pacific. In the role of Controlling Solutions Analyst you are part of the Finance- and Controlling Solutions Team within the Group IT Organisation and report to the Finance- and Controlling Solutions Manager. The role has responsibility for the governance of the Controlling solution blueprint, SAP CO and CO-PA, together with colleagues in the team and provide support to the Support Teams and local businesses when required. In addition to a deep knowledge of the core areas SAP CO and CO-PA, the role requires the ability to work cross functionally with an understanding of SD, MM, logistics process and how these solutions integrate with the controlling solution. The position involves extensive collaboration with the local Project Teams and coordination with the Development and Integration Teams including creation of estimations and functional specifications. Further, the role has the responsibility to safeguard that all changes to the solution within the blueprint are fully documented. In addition to strong SAP technical knowledge, the job holder must have good communication skills and be able to interact with peers within the IT Team as well as senior members of the Electrolux Finance Community including BA Controlling, Global Shared Service Organization and Local Controlling Teams. Ideally the successful candidate would also demonstrate the potential to direct project team members and consultants. As the role is a Global Controlling Solutions role the communication with other stakeholders is key. Many of the colleagues will be based in European or Indian time zones, which demands a bit of flexibility regarding work time. What you'll do: • Responsibility to provide SAP technical expertise within controlling solutions in Electrolux, including scenarios of integrations from a finance, logistics and sales perspective • Work closely with project teams and provide expertise to any new requirements and analyse solution feasibility as well as system impact • Responsibility for the preparation, analysis and creation of functional designs • Good solid understanding of the technical set up for interface solutions • Develop Blueprint materials (process design, customizing design etc.) for new initiatives within the areas of responsibility and documentation of present solutions • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and look for standardization of the processes we have implemented • Develop and maintain training material and provide training of the solution to either local key users or in some cases directly to end users, to secure users have sufficient process/system knowledge prior to any go lives • Prepare presentations, drive, coordinate and/or conduct workshops, demos and meetings whenever required for the roll out projects or other initiatives • Ensure own work adheres to Electrolux policies and procedures • Share necessary information and knowledge, coach and support other team members in achieving team goals Who you are: • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in SAP Finance processes, including SAP FICO modules, in a multinational environment • Basic knowledge of SAP integrations (IDOC’s) • Proven project management/participation experience • Good communication skills with business users • Willingness to work in a high pressure and delivery-oriented team • University degree in economics, finance, IT or technical studies • Good knowledge in MS Office and general IT skills • Ability to work and deliver for several projects with tight deadlines • Ability to work independently and focus on deliverables • Pro-activeness and ability to learn quickly • Excellent ability to collect, coordinate, organize and analyse business requirements • Availability to travel when required • Very good command of English Where you'll be: You will be based at the Curitiba administrative office or the newly set up Bangalore GCC in India.
