Opportunity Details: Work Arrangement: Remote Duration: Indefinite Responsibilities: We are looking for a Data Scientist with strong technical expertise in Python and data modeling to take on a technical leadership role. The professional will be responsible for conducting code reviews, participating in daily stand-up meetings, and ensuring the technical quality of deliverables and data models. Requisitos: Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of experience working on Workday projects; Experience with Workday HCM and Payroll testing; Proven experience administering JIRA, including configuration, workflows, dashboards, and user/license administration; Solid testing experience across Configuration/Unit Testing (CUT), Systems Integration Testing (SIT), End-to-End Testing (E2E), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT/URR); Experience coordinating testing activities across multiple countries or business units in a global program environment; Experience with defect/bug triage, test progress tracking, and test reporting; Strong knowledge of test coordination, execution, and sign-off processes within large ERP, HCM, or Payroll programs. Soft Skills: Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; Collaborative team player, comfortable working with cross-functional and international teams; Proactive approach to identifying risks, escalating blockers, and ensuring testing milestones are met; Ability to coordinate multiple activities and priorities in a complex, fast-paced global environment.
