As part of our ongoing growth in Brazil, we are looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our Human Resources team in São Paulo/SP. • To support the daily and operational routines of HR and Personnel Administration; • Keep employee records, databases, and organizational files up to date; • Provide operational support in the onboarding and offboarding processes of employees; • Assist in monitoring attendance/timekeeping and collecting information for payroll processing; • Support the administration of benefits, leave requests, and vacation schedules; • Assist in recruitment and selection activities, including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates; • Prepare and organize routine reports, spreadsheets, and presentations for the HR department; • To answer employees' daily questions about HR topics in a quick and professional manner; • Organize physical and digital documents, ensuring compliance with labor laws ( CLT ) and the company's internal policies. Requisitos: • Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields; • Proven experience in administrative HR or Personnel routines (minimum of 2 years); • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with an intermediate/advanced focus on Microsoft Excel ; • Basic knowledge of labor routines ( CLT ) and HR administrative procedures; • Strong ability to handle confidential information with complete discretion and ethics; • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines; • Good interpersonal communication and teamwork. Key differentiators: • Proficiency or knowledge of the English language (reading, writing and speaking); • Experience with HR systems (HRIS), payroll systems, time and attendance systems, or recruitment and selection platforms (ATS); • Prior experience in benefits administration or in creating HR metrics and reports.
