Principais Responsabilidades: • Provide technical support for DWDM/OTN optical transmission networks . • Perform troubleshooting and fault isolation for network equipment and services. • Analyze alarms and identify hardware, configuration, and software-related issues. • Support equipment recovery, configuration restoration, and module/board replacement. • Participate in software and firmware upgrades. • Support RMA and equipment repair processes. • Coordinate technical escalations with internal and external technical teams. • Support critical incidents and service restoration activities. • Provide remote and on-site technical assistance when required. • Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures. Requisitos: Principais Requisitos • Degree or technical background in Telecommunications, Electronics, Networking, or a related field . • Proven hands-on experience with DWDM/OTN optical transmission systems . • Experience in network operations and maintenance in a live/production environment. • Strong troubleshooting and fault-isolation capabilities. • Experience with equipment configuration, alarms, software/firmware, and hardware troubleshooting. • Familiarity with NMS/EMS and optical transmission management systems . • Ability to work with technical documentation in English. • Portuguese proficiency for technical communication. • Availability for critical incident support when required.
