Good-to-Have Skills • Medical Device/Pharma manufacturing knowledge with compliance awareness. • ISA-95 & MESA standards expertise. • Cross-cultural teamwork and Strong leadership & communication skills. • PLC & SCADA Systems with OPC connectivity. • Hardware & Networking fundamentals. • Power BI & SQL Reporting for dashboards and reports. Roles and Responsibilities • Opcenter/Camstar Ownership: Design, Develop, deploy, and support MES applications. • Be part of a 24x7 Opcenter support & enhancements (DevOps) team across various geographies supporting 10+ manufacturing sites • Requirements & Process Implementation: Translate business needs into MES workflows. • Feasibility Analysis: Validate solution recommendations. • Camstar Interoperability Management: Oversee ERP and equipment integration. • System Integration: Ensure seamless MES–PLC/SCADA–L1/L2/L3 connectivity. • User Support & Process Improvement: Resolve issues and optimize workflows. • Client & Vendor Communication: Drive results through clear stakeholder engagement. • DevOps Management: Ensure system availability and performance. • Team Mentorship: Guide and coach team members for growth.
