Key Responsibilities: 5G Site Tuning Babysitting working permanently at customer premises . Selected candidate should teach customer in Nokia 5G KPI monitoring , optimization and acceptance process: Responsibilities: Act as Nokia NPO Representative in front of customer to clarify doubts about cluster acceptance process; Interface directly with customers to address NPO technical queries and ensure satisfaction. Work within a multi-vendor environment, leveraging cross-functional communication with Nokia Regional Optimization team and Customer to get Cluster acceptance. Verify network parameter settings post-swap and monitor KPIs to support customer in Swap process follow up. Generate comprehensive technical documentation and reports detailing swap progress, challenges, and solutions. Requisitos: Skills and experience Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, or related field Strong working experience on Radio Access technologies (planning & optimization) and swap projects Independent level on Nokia 5G parameters, counters, and KPIs Proficiency in drive test data analysis and network optimization tools Experience with 5G swap projects Familiarity with OSS platforms Special requirements: Mandatory English speaking, Turkish desirable In-country presence Experience in Telecom Rollout Projects
