About Us Trucking moves the American economy. It is a $1 trillion market, and it still runs on fragmented operations, thin margins, and technology a generation behind. Billor, short for "Bill of Rights," is the only company transforming this market end to end, combining Freight and Technology for Truck Drivers, Freight Brokers, and Small Carriers into a single ecosystem. We operate a fleet of several hundred heavy-duty trucks and run integrated business lines across freight, fintech, and technology platforms. About the role We are not looking for someone who writes specs and waits for engineering. We are looking for a builder with business sense. You take an idea off paper, build the first version yourself, put it in front of a paying customer and prove it makes money. Then you scale it with the team. If you have only managed backlogs and roadmaps, this role is not for you. THE CHALLENGE You will own Billor's product for brokers. You will learn how a broker chooses a carrier, where they lose time and money, and what would make them send freight directly to us. Then you will turn that into a product fast, using AI to prototype, test and ship in days, not quarters. Responsibilities Interview brokers, dispatchers and our sales team to find the problems worth money. Build working prototypes yourself with tools like Lovable, Claude Code, Cursor or v0, and put them in front of customers the same week. Design AI agent flows for quoting, load to truck matching, tracking, broker communication and documents (BOL, POD). Define pricing and business model with Business Development and Finance. Tie every initiative to a number: revenue, margin, rate per mile or direct freight volume. Write short, clear specs for engineering when a prototype becomes a product in Nexus, our internal platform. Measure adoption after launch and kill what does not work. HOW WE WORK Results count. Effort does not. Meetings of 30 minutes or less, and you come prepared. Full transparency: numbers and KPIs are open to the whole company. We ship with what we have. We don't wait for the perfect system. Requisitos: 3+ years as a PM or founder, or in a product role focused on business results. Proven track record of taking products from idea to launch: you have built something from zero and got real users or paying customers. Hands-on builder: real vibe coding experience. You have shipped something built with AI and can show it. Hands-on knowledge of LLMs: prompts, agents, automations and their limits. Business experience: you understand unit economics, margin, pricing and what moves a P&L, and you have made decisions based on them. Fluent English to work with brokers and partners in the US. Comfort with speed, little structure and a lot of autonomy. BONUS (strong plus) Founded or co-founded a company or startup. Led a project or product line with its own revenue target or P&L. Launched a 0 to 1 product that reached paying customers. NICE TO HAVE Experience in logistics, freight brokerage, TMS or B2B marketplaces. SQL or BigQuery skills to pull your own data. Consultative sales or BD experience.
