Purpose: Supports projects, programs, and governance processes aligned with the organization's Data Analytics & Computational Sciences strategy while driving operational excellence, portfolio management, capability building, and value realization across Latin America. Main Responsibilities: Operational Excellence & Governance • Coordinate BACI (Business Analytics & Customer Insights) governance routines, OKRs, portfolio reviews, risks and executive reporting. • Manage budgets and oversee contracts, purchase orders, invoices, accruals, and vendor-related processes in partnership with Finance, Procurement, Legal, and Compliance. • Monitor operational performance and drive process improvements to enhance execution discipline, transparency, and accountability. Capability, Transformation & Strategic Initiatives • Manage the cross-BACI portfolio of strategic and transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with business priorities, ownership, milestones, and timely execution. • Support transformation programs, innovation challenges, and adoption of new methodologies, digital tools, and ways of working. • Coordinate capability assessments and upskilling plans aligned with business and team needs. Value & Impact Realization • Translate strategic initiatives into measurable outcomes KPIs, baselines, targets, and business value. • Develop and maintain the Value and Impact Realization framework for selected initiatives. • Track financial and operational benefits, including productivity, cost savings, cost avoidance, adoption, quality, and customer outcomes. Leadership & Culture • Demonstrate and apply Johnson & Johnson's Credo and Leadership Imperatives in daily interactions and business activities. • Foster collaboration across functions, countries, and organizational levels. Qualifications / Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. • 3-5 years of relevant experience in PMO, operations, governance, portfolio management, financial management, Business Intelligence, or transformation projects. • Strong project management, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. • Experience in budget management, operational governance, vendor oversight, financial tracking, and performance reporting. • Knowledge and experience working with Business Intelligence tools, including Tableau and Power BI. • Ability to manage multiple priorities while collaborating effectively across functions, countries, and varying seniority levels. • Professional proficiency in English. Preferred Qualifications • MBA, PMP, Agile, FPX, or equivalent certification. • Experience with OKRs, value realization, change management, portfolio management, and continuous improvement methodologies. • Experience working within a regional Latin American organization or a matrix organizational structure. • Proficiency in Spanish and Portuguese. • Experience supporting transformation initiatives, innovation programs, and capability development efforts. • Experience within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, medical devices, or life sciences industry is preferred.
