We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Consultant / Tech Lead to lead the technical delivery of complex Oracle NetSuite projects across LATAM. This role combines strong hands-on development expertise with technical leadership, customer engagement, and team development. The Tech Lead will own technical solutions, guide developers, ensure delivery quality, and work closely with customers and functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. The role will also contribute to presales activities, technical estimations, solution design, and continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities • Lead the technical delivery and solution design of complex NetSuite customization and integration projects. • Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and quality oversight across project teams. • Mentor and coach junior developers, supporting their technical development and autonomy. • Gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions in collaboration with functional consultants and customers. • Estimate technical requirements, identify risks and dependencies, and support project and resource planning. • Act as a technical point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders. • Participate in presales activities, including technical validation, solution definition, and effort estimation. • Drive engineering best practices, reusable solutions, internal tools, automation, and continuous improvement. • Promote the effective use of AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering productivity and quality. Technical Skills Required • JavaScript • SQL • REST APIs and Web Services • SuiteScript 1.0 and 2.x • HTML, CSS and web technologies • Experience with ERP customization and integrations • Software development and DevOps practices Desirable • Java, .NET or PHP • AI-assisted software development experience Experience & Leadership • Strong experience in technical consulting, software development, or ERP customization. • Previous experience as a Technical Lead, Lead Developer, or senior technical contributor. • Experience mentoring and coaching junior developers. • Strong customer-facing and communication skills. • Experience with requirements gathering, technical solution design, and effort estimation. • Ability to independently manage priorities and make technical decisions.
