Responsabilidades e atribuições: • Execução de registros de dados brutos e verificações diárias da rotina do laboratório • Realizar teste de contagem microbiana e pesquisa de patógenos em produtos não estéreis e embalagens. • Realizar análise de água. • Realizar teste de esterilidade. • Realizar a solicitação de reagentes e materiais ao almoxarifado • Execução de análises de estudos de validação de sanitizantes, eficácia antimicrobiana, time kill e halo inibição. • Preencher prontamente a documentação pertinente as suas atividades. • Realizar monitoramento ambiental do ar e de equipamentos. • Realizar o teste de promoção de crescimento em meios de cultura. • Inserção de resultados analíticos no sistema de gerenciamento de amostras. • Providenciar o descarte de amostras e resíduos. • Cumprir com os requisitos mínimos de boas práticas de laboratório aplicáveis às legislações da Anvisa e Ministério da Agricultura, bem como o atendimento das auditorias internas e externas.
