What knowledge and experiences will you need to bring to share with our network? • Garantir o mapeamento e tradução das necessidades do negócio em requisitos funcionais para desenvolvimento da solução • Liderar a priorização do desenvolvimento e acompanhar evolução de cronograma, marcos, dependências e entregas • Conectar os diferentes times envolvidos no projeto garantindo alinhamento de responsabilidades e entregas • Contribuir ativamente nos principais ritos de acompanhamento do projeto, tomando decisões, acompanhando pendências/riscos e sempre propondo ativamente planos de ação para garantir a entrega do projeto • Acompanhar a execução de desenvolvimento atuando como facilitador, removendo impedimentos e promovendo colaboração entre os times • Executar testes, treinamentos e implantação da solução • Realizar gestão e desenvolvimento dos liderados diretos What will you find here?
