Job Description Work Modality: This position requires to work 3x times a week at office About the role: Plan, develop and analyze information necessary to support program leadership decisions regarding the product and business. A high level of independent judgment and considerable creativity is involved to solve unique execution and business opportunities. Document program decisions regarding product content and strategies. Develop and maintain policies and procedures related to Global Program Management and the Product Execution Teams. What You’ll Do: • Coordinate Program Execution Team (PET) agenda, facilitate meetings, and document decisions • Lead Change Request/Decision Notice (CR/DN) process including screening team meeting • Assist development of business case for program content changes • Prepare presentations, including gate reviews for senior leadership • Manage Product Program Content (PPC), Model Option Rate (MOR) and Program Notebook • Coordinate content with Vehicle Description System (VDS) and Model Options Planning (MOP) • Monitor Program Readiness with Vehicle Planning Coordinator • Function in an advisory capacity to other functions supporting the Product Execution Teams • Ensure internal / external customer voices are understood by the PET • Handles a variety of non-recurring special assignments Support and backup Program Manager responsibilities including but not limited to: • Develop materials for Events/Milelestones and other leadership reviews • Define the program strategy, balancing customers and other requirements • Manage issues and uncertainties through effective decision framing and driving for resolution Qualifications and Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field. • Experience in product and/or program management. • Experience coordinating cross-functional activities. • Ability to lead approval processes and follow up on critical decisions. • Strong communication skills with multicultural stakeholders. • Strong negotiation, influencing, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to monitor industry trends and market developments. • Strong sense of accountability and ownership of program outcomes. • Ability to balance planned activities with emerging demands. • Availability to travel. • Advanced or fluent English proficiency. • Experience in the food and/or manufacturing industries is highly desirable. Nice to Have • Master’s degree in related field. • Intermediate Spanish proficiency.

This role is categorized as hybrid. This means the selected candidate is expected to report to a specific location at least 3 times a week {or other frequency dictated by their manager}.

The selected candidate will be required to travel <25% for this role.

This job is not eligible for relocation benefits. Any relocation costs would be the responsibility of the selected candidate.
