A Japanese multinational company is looking for an experienced Tax Manager to lead the company's tax function in Brazil, overseeing tax compliance, tax planning, tax risk management, and tax advisory activities while supporting business growth and corporate initiatives. Responsibilities Lead all corporate tax, indirect tax, and transfer pricing matters. Oversee tax compliance, reporting, and tax filing processes. Manage relationships with tax authorities and external advisors. Identify, assess, and mitigate tax risks. Monitor tax law and regulatory changes and ensure timely implementation. Provide tax advice and support for business transactions, investments, and corporate restructuring projects. Develop and implement tax-efficient strategies in alignment with corporate objectives. Lead and develop tax team members. Act as an advisor to senior management on tax-related matters. Support financial and business planning from a tax and governance perspective. Requisitos: Minimum 10 years of progressive tax experience. Fluent English. Experience in corporate taxation, indirect taxation, and tax risk management. Previous team management experience. Strong understanding of Brazilian tax regulations and practical application in a corporate environment.
