Role reports to: GER FINANCAS SR Location: Latin America, Brazil, Sao Paulo, Sao Paulo Work Location: Hybrid What you will do The Treasury Sr. Analyst is responsible for all Treasury aspects of the affiliates within the Regional Treasury Services Center Americas. This includes performing cash management and daily liquidity for affiliates, execution of treasury payments, short-term forecasting, capital structure management, risk management and direct investments of the company’s surplus cash in appropriate instruments. The Sr. Analyst is also responsible for providing management insights regarding cash generation, risk, cash repatriation, cash management initiatives, and supporting key projects within the area. Key Responsibilities • Ensure accurate daily management of cash position; implement improvements to processes and challenge assumptions. • Provide guidance on how to increase cash flow, decrease financial risk, improve efficiency, or provide additional value-added services. • Provide business partnering support to affiliates on foreign currency exposure management and provide guidance to improve compliance. • Evaluate and monitor liquidity. • Evaluate, monitor and act to reduce risks (FX, interest, counterparty, sovereign and liquidity). • Maintain external relationships to leverage market best practices for payments, risk management, FX, investments and funding. • Partner with affiliates to address and improve compliance with Treasury Worldwide Procedures. • Act as the key banking contact, supporting the opening and closing of bank accounts as required, bank fee analysis, system connectivity, cash reconciliation support, and signer management. • Assist with short-term forecasts and related processes, driving forecast accuracy. • Maintain and optimize SOX plans and ensure execution of testing. Support audits. • Support the implementation of a new TMS (Treasury Management System). What We Are Looking For Required Qualifications • Strong analytical skills with the ability to standardize data, processes and inputs. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Advanced MS Excel capabilities. • Ability to develop strong working relationships with a broad range of stakeholders. • Fluent English. • Solid relevant experience in the Treasury area • Completed Bachelor’s degree required Desired Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or Economics. • Knowledge of cash management, accounting, finance, tax and banking relationships. • Experience working with banking products and services. • Experience in Treasury Operations or General Finance. • Experience with Treasury Management Systems (FIS Quantum). • Certified Treasury Professional (CTP). • Fluent Spanish. #LI-IH1 If you are an individual with a disability, please check our Disability Assistance page for information on how to request an accommodation.
