Position Overview We are seeking a Legal Specialist to join our Legal Department and provide legal support to the company's business operations. The successful candidate will work closely with different business units, providing legal advice, drafting and negotiating contracts, implementing internal policies, supporting compliance initiatives, and assisting with corporate legal matters. This position requires strong technical labor legal knowledge, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. •Draft, review and negotiate domestic and international agreements. •Prepare legal opinions on Corporate, Commercial, Contract, Labor and Compliance matters. •Develop and standardize contract templates and legal documentation. •Draft amendments, legal notices, memoranda and other legal documents. •Support licensing, permits and regulatory filings with governmental authorities. •Monitor regulatory and administrative matters. •Track legal deadlines, contractual obligations and compliance requirements. •Coordinate external counsel activities when required. •Develop and update internal legal policies and procedures. •Deliver legal and compliance training to employees. •Support Ethics & Compliance Program initiatives. •Assist in internal investigations and whistleblowing matters. •Support LGPD (Brazilian Data Protection Law) compliance initiatives. •Assist with legal department budget, payments and cost control. •Prepare management reports and legal KPIs. •Provide day-to-day legal support to internal stakeholders. •Participate in strategic projects and continuous improvement initiatives. Requisitos: • Bachelor's Degree in Law. • Postgraduate degree in Corporate Law, Contract Law, Compliance, Labor Law or related field. • Advanced English (written and spoken). • At least 3 years of experience in an in-house legal department or business law firm, Telecommunications and Construction industries. • Solid experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts. • Strong knowledge of Corporate, Commercial and Labor Law. • Knowledge of Compliance and Corporate Governance is considered an advantage.
