Principais Responsabilidades: • Liderança das Etapas do IBP: Coordenar e estruturar os ciclos mensais das reuniões e rituais do IBP (Revisão de Demanda, Revisão de Fornecimento/Supply, Reconciliação Integrada e Reunião Executiva/Pre-MBR/MBR). • Consenso e Colaboração: Promover o alinhamento e arbitragem de conflitos entre as visões comercial (previsão de vendas), industrial (capacidade de produção/estoque) e financeira (orçamento/DRE). • Análise de Cenários e Riscos: Desenvolver e apresentar cenários de simulação ( What-if ) considerando flutuações de mercado, gargalos logísticos e impactos de margem para suportar a tomada de decisão da diretoria. • Gestão de Indicadores (KPIs): Monitorar e auditar indicadores-chave de desempenho do processo. • Melhoria Contínua: Implementar e evoluir sistemas de suporte e ferramentas tecnológicas para automação de dados e projeções estatísticas da área. • #LI_JU1 • What will you find here? • We are more than just a workplace: we build and live the Well-Being Ecosystem daily, based on the harmonious relationship between each individual, their surroundings, and the environment they are part of.
