Job Description • Realizar atividades de pré-preparo (higienização, corte e porcionamento de alimentos) conforme orientação do cozinheiro e das fichas técnicas. • Apoiar na produção de pratos quentes, guarnições, sopas, saladas e sobremesas, executando etapas simples de cocção sob supervisão. • Abastecer e repor alimentos em estufas, balcões quentes e frios, mantendo a apresentação e a quantidade adequadas. • Apoiar na montagem de coffees, lanches e refeições especiais quando necessário. • Executar rotinas de limpeza e higienização de utensílios, equipamentos e áreas da cozinha e refeitório, conforme procedimentos estabelecidos. • Seguir as orientações de descarte correto de resíduos, contribuindo para a redução de desperdícios e para o cumprimento das práticas de sustentabilidade da área. • Registrar, quando solicitado, informações simples em planilhas ou formulários (controle de temperatura, sobras, devoluções, etc.). • Seguir todas as normas de segurança dos alimentos e de segurança do trabalho (uso de EPIs, manuseio correto de equipamentos, prevenção de acidentes) e participar de treinamentos, DDS e demais ações de segurança.
