Job Description We are looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) to work at the intersection of artificial intelligence, software engineering, data, and business. In this role, you will collaborate directly with customers to understand business challenges, design technical solutions, and develop, deploy, and continuously improve enterprise AI applications. You will take ownership of projects from initial discovery through production, working closely with multidisciplinary engineering and product teams. Key Responsibilities: Lead customer AI projects from discovery and solution design to development, deployment, and optimization. Develop enterprise AI solutions using LLMs, AI agents, RAG, APIs, data platforms, and workflow automation. Translate business requirements into scalable technical architectures and implementation plans. Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications, databases, and cloud environments. Troubleshoot technical challenges and ensure production reliability. Collaborate with engineering and product teams to improve platform capabilities. Drive customer adoption and deliver measurable business outcomes. Requisitos: Strong hands-on experience in software engineering, preferably with Python. Knowledge of SQL, databases, and data platforms. Experience developing and integrating APIs and enterprise systems. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. Knowledge of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI agents. Understanding of data engineering, analytics, and enterprise application architecture. Experience with Git and modern software development practices. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to interact directly with customers and translate business needs into technical solutions. Autonomy, adaptability, and a results-oriented mindset. Nice to Have: Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, Salesforce, or Microsoft technologies. Familiarity with data lakes, CRM, and ERP systems. Background in Solutions Architecture, AI Engineering, Data Engineering, Machine Learning Engineering, or Technical Consulting.
