Our client, an international company operating at the intersection of healthcare and technology, is hiring a bilingual (Portuguese and English) Billing & Collections Analyst, based in Brazil, to own invoicing, collections, and reconciliation. This person will turn data from the company's systems into accurate invoices and make sure payments come in on time. ✨ Responsibilities Create and issue invoices from the company's internal systems Manage collections and follow up on outstanding payments Reconcile payments received against issued invoices Keep billing records accurate and up to date in the accounting software (Xero) Communicate with clients and the US team in English Requisitos: Fluent Portuguese and English (written and spoken) Proven experience creating invoices from company systems Experience with collections and payment reconciliation Hands-on experience with an accounting software Preferred: experience with Xero. Candidates with QuickBooks experience will also be considered, as the tools are similar.
