Descrição: The role supports DP World Global Sanctions Program me in Freight Forwarding / Logistics operations.The individual will work as part of Sanctions Compliance team and will c onduct compliance assessments forinternational cross-border transactions and third party relationships, with a specific focus on ensuring compliancewith applicable laws and regulations related to economic sanctions and trade compliance (e.g., export controls)across DP World Freight Forwarding / Logistics operations.This helps ensure that DP World conducts its business at the highest level of integrity and in full compliance withthe applicable national and international laws and regulations, as well as the Group’s internal policies, professionalstandards and best industry practices.• Perform sanctions and trade compliance due diligence of third parties and international cross-bordertransactions to support DP World’s Global Freight Forwarding / Logistics operations.• Identify and assess key compliance risks associated with escalations at second level review.• Communicate with business line when further information and/or documentation is required as part ofcompliance alerts analysis.• Document 2nd-level escalations risk analysis and decisions rationale.• Escalate cases with increased compliance risks to the relevant Compliance Manager. Develop initial riskassessment reports and proposals for mitigating measures.• Contribute to improving automated screening solutions: reduce false positive, mitigate sanctions risks andincrease efficiency.• Assist in identifying gaps and training opportunities for escalations that come through the complianceworkflows.• Assist with training and providing guidance DP World’s Freight Forwarding / Logistics operations.• Develop reports and responses for Compliance and Business management, audit and investigationsinquiries.• Maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders to foster a collaborative approach to embedding astrong culture of trade compliance.• Assist in addressing internal and external compliance related requests.• To act as an ambassador for DP World at all times when working; promoting and demonstrating positivebehaviours in harmony with DP World’s Founder’s Principles, values and culture; ensuring the highest level of safety is applied in all activities; understanding and following DP World’s Code of Conduct and Ethicspolicies.• To perform other related duties as assigned.Qualifications, Experience and Skills• Bachelor's degree.• Third-party due diligence, sanctions screening experience.• Extensive knowledge base in the areas of economic sanctions and export controls/trade compliance. Anticorruption compliance knowledge and experience is a plus.• Experience in Compliance function in a multi-national organisation. Experience has to belargely focused on economic sanctions and export controls compliance.• Certified compliance professional (ACAMS, ICA, ACSS and similar) is a plus.• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.Idiomas:Inglês - Nível FluenteOutros requisitos:
